Online Seller Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to approve online accounts for online sellers. Our focus at 4 Aces Import, Inc. is to help our retail customers succeed with a great variety of Hispanic products at the right pricing. Providing access to online sellers is in direct conflict with helping our mom-and-pop stores succeed and does not allow them to remain competitive in today’s market.

We understand the inconvenience this can cause as an e-commerce business owner, but we invite you to visit us in-store in Dallas or Houston. You will be able to create your account in person and get your hands on some of the best products available!

If you are interested in creating an online account, please keep the following policies in mind.

1. The online order minimum is $1,500. This minimum must be met to keep the account active.

2. The online portal will deactivate itself if an order is not placed within the first 10 days, and every 30 days after that. If you need help reactivating your account, please use the “Contact Us” button found at the top of the page.

3. We do not pay for freight or shipping of any kind. We can always find you the best rate or please use the PICK UP option at checkout.
